We hired John for 2 landscaping jobs on our new home and have been incredibly impressed not just by his work but by his willingness to resolve any concerns we’ve had (even 2 years after the original job!).

John leads a professional operation and stands by his work, if you’re dissatisfied he’ll go out of his way to correct it. In our case, he fixed a mistake made by our plant selector free or charge even though he wasn’t responsible for it.

We plan on hiring John for any future landscaping job.

We had an excellent experience & would give more that five stars!!! We redesigned,demolished & re-landscaped  our back yard with GeoLand Landscape in August 2016. Our backyard  has transformed into a very happy place for our family to spend time everyday. John is very easy to work with and he is very attentive to any request or changes. John was responsive to our questions and concerns and always tried to make sure that we were happy. He was very quick to change when we had a concern. 

He is super quick to reply to  emails, texts or phone calls. He is also very flexible for changes & gives very good suggestions. He helped us design planters & pavers after our project started and he blended all changes seamlessly without any problems.He has big crew work for him so it makes it easier for him & they are hard working & dedicated crew. It was a big project & they finished it on time. Geoland’s work included  Pavers, Landscaping (Sprinklers, plants, Turf, Bark, Fence, Planters & Landscape lights) . We are very pleased with their work & highly recommend John Tran & his crew.

We would rate 6 stars if we could. John and his company Geoland are a first class act.
We have used them twice once in 2006 and then again this year for installations of our landscaping..both times were large projects. 
The first time we re-landscaped the front and backyards, added 
new concrete patio areas, a gas fire pit with surround seating, hot tub with arbor, 
an outdoor kitchen with built-in barbecue and fridge. Lighting, ,drainage and irrigation. 
John was very attentive to making sure that any additional hardscape blended seamlessly with our existing structure.
The second time we used Geoland was this year with another complete revision of the the landscaping… we removed the front and back yards to create a more drought friendly setting with new plants, irrigation revisions, new lighting.  
John was always honest and fair with us in regards to both our original estimates and any later revisions.
John was great about returning our calls and emails in a timely manner, which is another rare
trait these days. 
John was responsive to our questions and concerns and always tried to make sure we were happy with our finished project and if something was not right (this did not happen often)  he made it right even weeks after the project was completed.
Johns crew (some of which I remembered from years ago) was great too. They always worked hard and were good about tidying up at the end of the day.
Johns projects with us were as timely as possible given any potential weather or inspection issues that might have crept up along the way. 
We would not hesitate to call John and Geoland again.

Fantastic experience, commitment to high quality, and finishing on time.

We remodeled our back yard with GeoLand and were very impressed with the quality of workmanship and the speed at which the job was completed. They did our ~700SF redwood arbor with 5 architectural columns and built-in downlighting, sprinkler system, drainage, aggregate concrete patio with brick trim, natural gas brick fire pit, outdoor bar with granite slab counters, built-in twin eagles grill, refrigerator, drawers, under grill cabinet, bar seating for 4, outdoor 110V/20A electrical outlets, 2 fountains, completely new bushes, flowers, ground cover, landscape lighting, and 1 tree. The work was done right first time and on time. They are very fair about charging for changes (we changed our mind about size of fire pit) and are easy to work with. Now I call Geoland anytime I need something done and recommend them to my friends. Oh, and they also clean up very well at the end of each day so we can use the area, which is important to my wife. A++

I have had a great experience working with GeoLand on my landscaping projects so far and would recommend him to others for their consideration.  My landscaping started as a blank slate after I tore down and rebuilt my house.  John has so far removed the original concrete driveway, installed a new paver driveway, irrigation, drain lines, downspouts connectors, low voltage lighting, planter boxes, mailbox pillars, IPE deck stairs, steel fence, artificial grass, concrete cutting, and outdoor gas supply lines.  He has always been very fair on pricing, I trust his recommendations, his crew works extremely fast and clean up each day before they leave.  I could write a lot more but the fact that I continue to call him back to continue the work says it all.

A few years ago my wife and I wanted to upgrade our back yard. We had an old wood deck and a basic lawn area. We had some input on design concepts from others and settled on a plan. We contacted GeoLand for a bid and ended up selecting them. The new design included the complete demolition of the existing wood deck and replacing it with sandstone in a very intricate pattern. During the installation the foreman made some suggestions to modify the plan for a better overall balance. The installation included a free-standing fountain in the middle of the new grass area off of the new patio. We are most pleased with our back yard to this day and receive compliments from all who see it for the first time. We would highly recommend GeoLand for consideration on any landscaping or concrete patio work that you may be in your plans.
